Maenclochog Community hall –
If none of the above still doesn’t float your boat, or you’re on a budget, then you’re more than welcome to kip on the community hall floor! Many do! This hall isn’t the usual draughty cold halls of old. It has heating you know, and it’s double glazed!!! You’ll need to bring your own sleeping bag and mat though! There are various small side rooms to hide away in. There are toilets, but no showers. There’s also a small kitchenette with kettle, toaster and microwave. Please let me know if you want to stay in the hall as we’ll have to make sure there’s a nice quiet spot for you? There is a large field to the side/rear of the hall, and you’re welcome to pitch a tent in this field, and use the hall facilities in the night.
The Globe Inn is a mere stones throw away from the hall, but they do not cater for food…………apart from crisps and peanuts!
Caffi’r sgwar is open for hot food up until around 3pm, serving beverages and cake, etc up until around 4pm.
